What does it mean to be a Pink Coattails entrepreneurial woman?
For Stephanie Calahan founder of StephanieCalahan.com, this means choosing exactly who you are going to be during each and every day.
Please join us as Stephanie tells the story behind her biggest mindset challenge, takes us behind the scenes in her business, shares her coolest resources and more!
After risking personal health and happiness as a high-achieving executive and jet-lagged consultant in corporate America, Stephanie Calahan vowed to not only create a life of REAL freedom for herself and her family but to also teach others how to do the same.
Known as the The Business Vision Catalyst, Stephanie brings her unique combination of right-brained and left-brained thinking, passion, intuitive insight, results based coaching and kick-butt systematizing magic to each and every client she serves.
Like many of our Pink Coattails women entrepreneurs, Stephanie started out with one Big Why which gradually developed into another. First it was family and then finally became a mission to save people’s lives!
For Stephanie, her biggest mindset challenge was fear of dying. She had a terrible health challenge which she overcame, but was afraid she was going to fall back into the stressful life that made her sick in the first place. Listen in as she reveals how she worked through this challenge, which involves a powerful tool called the Resentment Test.
Self care is critical for Stephanie, so she has implemented it into the work she does with her clients. Stephanie begins each day with prayer, gratitude, visualization and meditation and does all of those before she even sets one foot out of bed! Lots of water, taking her dog for a walk and a good mani-pedi are all favorites as well.
Stephanie takes the day off and honors what her body needs, whether that be singing and dancing, taking a trip, seeing a show or whatever feels right at the time.
Recently, Stephanie has gone back to doing more one on one work and she is really having fun with this, as this allows her to engage in deep and meaningful conversations.
In the short term, Stephanie wants to do more video and she is exploring doing a Hangout on Air show as well. She’s also looking to do a live event at the end of 2015.
