Big Challenges Come With Big Emotions – Liesel Teversham 045

What does it mean to be a Pink Coattails entrepreneurial woman?

For Liesel Teversham, co-founder of The EFT Academy of Southern Africa, this means overcoming her own challenges so she could help others overcome theirs.

Please join us as Liesel tells the story behind her biggest mindset challenge, takes us behind the scenes in her business, shares her coolest resources and more!

Liesel’s biggest eye opener was learning how unresolved emotions negatively impact your success.

Bringing her decade of experience in the music industry and another ten years as a computer programmer, Liesel started her third career in the emotional wellness industry in 2005.

Liesel is the the author of “No Problem. The Upside of Saying No” and she helps women all over the globe to put themselves back on their own priority list…guilt-free.

Big Why

Liesel’s short answer: To make a difference in the world. But that is not at all how her journey started, as she had to learn how to overcome her own challenges before this could happen.

Mindset Challenge

Not wanting to step into the spotlight and playing small were the two most difficult mindset challenges Liesel had to overcome. She was an exceptionally shy and quiet child and these traits carried over somewhat to her adulthood. Liesel reached out to someone for mentoring and coaching to enable her to step out of her ‘small mode’ as she puts it. EFT and other tools also serve her well.

Energy Plan

Liesel’s daily habit is to use one of her tools, either EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or the Sedona Method. Listen in as she describes how she uses these at the end of the day to get a great night’s rest.

She and her husband loves going away for several days in nature where she can experience silence.

Business Fun

Liesel is very excited about being able to offer her first women’s online group program to help them put themselves back on their priority list.

Business Vision

Liesel is creating a flexible, lucrative online career that allows her to bring transformation to as many people as possible.
